KaiZen is a UK wide group who are provided with technical and administrative support.

We believe that through practicing with KaiZen you will be able to explore your physical and mental capabilities in a reasonable and understanding atmosphere.

People start practicing Martial Arts for many reasons, those that stay often do so for reasons far removed from those they originally started with – something changes – hopefully this will be the case for you. Whatever the reason you start to practice , a little effort and perseverance often creates something special.

We are willing to share the knowledge and understanding we have discovered with anyone who has the desire to explore this with us.
